David M. Fabiano is our Executive Director. He is also our on-site handyman and chief authority on all technical matters. Dave studied at Oswego State University, and started working in Cable Access television in 1981. He worked for the local cable operator as Manager of Local Programming for 12 years, leaving in 1995 when NBCTC was formed. As Executive Director, Dave oversees every facet of our operation, from minding the books and purchasing equipment to working with the Board and interfacing with the community.
